The script phpCSV is a Development Tools script (application deveolpment software).
This class can be used to read and parse Comma Separated Vlaues (CSV) files.
It can parse each CSV file line and store the retrieved data in a two dimensional array class variable.
The separator character and line length limit values are configurable.
